The biggest game in town.

It's no wonder politics of any stripe be it federal, provincial or municipal garner so much attention because every move, every decision made in this game will ultimately affect some aspect of our lives, and essentially our wallets.

We are lead to believe that supporting a party, or an individual with our vote will provide us the stability we desire should they become our representative. In a perfect world this may be true.. but we are far from perfect.

Too many times we have been told one thing only to experience an ulterior motive was lurking behind the promise or the goal was so lofty it was practically unachievable. The drawback to decades of insincere political mantra is the dissolution that the public holds little to no influence over the decision making process, which ultimately leads to a disconnect. A false realization that our vote does not matter, so why bother voting at all.

Realist;

A person who understands what is real and possible in a particular situation and is not led by emotions or feelings to determine a course of action. Realists determine their actions based on what they know to be true.

Be a realist.

Now for the good stuff.
